Lina was a little tipsy when Matt from High Roller USA asked if we’d participate in the St. Paddy Day’s Parade.
So we were in the parade. It was actually a blast. We got there early 9 am (about an hour before our part of the parade was supposed to leave), but it turned out we didn’t leave for another TWO hours after our scheduled time. Still had loads of fun. We were at the tail end of the parade way behind the Hare Krishna float (yes really!) and right in front of the local electrical workers union from WY.
We learned a new trick from some of the other riders, popping a wheelies. Basically, you pop a back wheel off the road and go on two wheels. Gotta learn that trick. Matt, the owner of the High Roller company can do more than a 360! Gotta learn how he does that too.
I don’t know if we’d do it again because it was so long, but probably a different big wheel event for sure.
