We needed a truck to pull the Airstream. The Airstream is far from ready, but we also might be spending a good chunk of the winter in Palm Springs, so more storage for those trips would help as well.
I’ve been periodically looking at truck ads to get a feel for pricing and see if any good deals show up and this one appeared in my searches. It’s a little fancier than we were looking for, but it was priced right and had some creature comforts that we were used to in other cars.
Lina decided to pull the trigger and buy now so we aren’t hunting for one later.
It’s a 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat with the 501A package.
Here’s the ad:
This 2-owner F150 is in excellent condition inside and out and has a clean, accident-free Carfax. It has been well maintained and has lots of equipment, such as the 2.7-liter, twin turbo EcoBoost engine, heated and cooled, power leather bucket seats with driver side memory, Sync3 infotainment with 8 inch touchscreen, dual zone climate control, satellite radio, blind spot monitors, reverse sensors and backup camera, step bars, trailer tow package, ProTrailer backup system, spray in bed liner and more. Its all-terrain tires are almost new and it has undergone a comprehensive mechanical safety inspection and had a full detail.
