The kayak arrived home safely and I put it together the day after I arrived home. This thing is an engineering marvel that is incredibly easy to setup. They say you can do it in 20 minutes. It took about an hour the first time. We went to the lake and I had the thing put together the second time in about 30 minutes without looking at the instructions. It is much, much better to paddle than the inflatable kayak.
