After the travel-heavy schedule of 2023, we decided to stay home for Lina’s birthday, which means Friendsgiving. We didn’t want to get out of control like the year we had 20+ people over, so we kept it intimate this year. But we did have enough food for 30 people, of course. We had:
- Smoked turkey
- Cornbread dressing
- Mashed potatoes
- Traditional dressing
- Tamales
- Potato buns
- Sweet potato cassarole
- Sous vide carrots
- Two or three kinds of cranberry
- Roasted brussels sprouts
- Turkey gravy
- Crispy garlic potatoes
- And more that I can’t remember.
A great time was had by all
