Tommorrow we set sail back to Casper, WY. I really liked Buffalo. The town was small enough that I could bike into town and run errands. There’s also a trail that runs alongside a stream and through the heart of the town and out into the wilderness. Main street is cute and it’s easy to find the store you’re looking for. Hard to find items you’re looking for but easy to find stores. Here’s something I like about small towns. The stores multi-task and condense their services out of necessity and convenience. For example here in Buffalo if you walk into RadioShack you’ll see it is also a video store as well as an appliance store.
The temperature here turned yesterday. Two days ago it was over 100 degrees F. Now it’s in the mid 70’s! It’s gray and overcast but it’s cool. I have had the screen door open for hours now.
Did I tell you about the RV park here and its variety of wildlife? The first week we saw lots of deer, rabbits, and check out these wild turkeys! There was a whole family hanging out in our yard!
