Here are the stars of Brazos Bend State Park.
We saw some photos of some huge alligators that live here before we went. Unfortunately we didn’t see the big daddys the day we went. We did see plenty of smaller babies. They were everywhere; in the reeds sunning themselves, floating in the bayou, and sitting in mud. The variety of wildlife in the park is wonderful. It’s hard to believe a park like this is so close to a huge city like Houston. We also saw a wild sow with her babies.
