We’ve been at the Barr Lake RV Park (located about 16 miles northeast of Denver on I-76) for about a week before we were able to go to the lake. Barr Lake is known for its birdwatching. You can even see pelicans! The only problem was that the day we went was extremely windy and all the smart animals were tucked away at home. Check out the waves on the lake below!
